Step by step method

  • Step 1

    Combine water and sugar in a saucepan.

  • Step 2

    Bring to boil.

  • Step 3

    Take off heat and add hibiscus petals, let steep for at least 15 minutes.

    Strain out petals.

  • Step 5

    Store in an airtight container in fridge for up to 1 week.
